At OPALIA, we want you to love your jewellery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
